CUES goes to space!
We are delighted to be organising a live, interactive virtual tour with the European Space Agency (ESA) to discover the world of space, technology and innovation. The tour has a duration of three hours and will be covering these four particular topics:
• IXV – Europe’s space plane: the experimental atmospheric re-entry spaceplane.
• 3D printing for space: research and applications for future space missions.
• Robotics Moon & Mars: types of robotic experiments done for exploration.
• CDF Satellite Design: how concurrent design helps in designing future missions.
Before the tour begins, you will be assigned to one of the groups above (based on your preferences) and be sent a list of quick questions to get you thinking about the issues surrounding your topic. It’s important you engage with this activity to maximise your experience of the tour!
